You understand that by participating in the Make IT Easy, IT Responders, SysadMeme and the Techdle game (collectively known as "Contest") you are accepting the terms of these Contest Official Rules ("Official Rules") and agreeing to be bound by them. The "Sponsor" of the Contest is Site24x7, ("Site24x7"). The Contest will commence from 00:30 hours PST on the 26th of July 2022 and will run till 23:59 hours PST on the 05th of August 2022.
The Contest is open to legal residents of all countries except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea region of Ukraine, The Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) regions of Russia and Syria. The Contest is subject to the applicable laws. Employees (including their friends and family members), resellers, and partners of Zoho are not eligible to participate in the Contest. In the event that Site24x7 requires any assistance in order to assess your compliance, you must promptly provide such assistance. Site24x7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that: a) you have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or, b) have acted in violation of these Official Rules or any such other applicable state, federal, or local laws or regulations or, c) you do not provide the requested assistance for compliance in a timely manner. The decisions of Site24x7 shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.
Participants of the Contest stand a chance to win prizes linked to the Contest. A participant will not be eligible to win more than one prize. Manner of selection of the winners for the Contest and the applicable prize(s) will be mentioned in the Contest webpage.
Upto five (5) winners of the Techdle game will be shortlisted based on the maximum number of puzzles solved in minimum number of attempts. If more than five shortlisted participants solve the maximum and the same number of games, then the winners will be chosen by random amongst the shortlisted participants.
Upto five (5) winners will be shortlisted based on the maximum number of engagement (likes, retweets) obtained. Prize(s) are not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. Site24x7reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value (which may also be in the form of a gift voucher) if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated by Site24x7.
The prize winners will be notified via announcement on the Site 24x7's SysAdminDay 2022 Portal, Twitter DM (where applicable) and Site 24x7's Facebook and Twitter pages within a period of two weeks from the date on which the Contest ends ("Winner Notice"). The Winner Notice will include information on how the winners can claim their prizes. Failure to respond or provide an accurate mailing address within 7 days from the date of Winner Notice or failure to comply with any rule, regulation or limitation will result in the forfeiture of the prize. The mailing address provided by each winner will be used 'as is' for shipping the prizes. In order to receive a prize, the winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law).
By taking part in the Contest, you agree to release Zoho and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Contest. By taking part in the Contest, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.
Contact information that you submit will be used only in connection with the Contest and not in any other manner.
Provided the winner has permitted Site24x7 to use the winners name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Contest or about Site24x7, each prize winner grants to Site24x7the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winners name, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Contest or about Site24x7for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection with the Contest, without additional consideration.
TThe Contest will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of India. Site24x7reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Site24x7 shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
