Customer Management

As an MSP Admin for Site24x7, you can add and manage your customers' accounts individually. The Customer Management dashboard within the MSP portal allows you to view a comprehensive list of all customers added to your MSP account.

When you create a customer account, you are granted complete Super Admin rights for the created customer account. Customers will have controlled access to their data based on the predefined roles and privileges that you assign to them.
When you add a customer to your MSP account, an MSP Customer Pack subscription plan will be activated for them.

Additionally, you can create customer groups to help simplify the management of customer accounts and users.

The Customer Management dashboard is classified into two groups:

  1. Customers
  2. Customer Groups
