However, our development team came together brilliantly to ship new features, integrations, and a brand-new product to provide more monitoring value to our customers. As you may already know, our product regularly undergoes independent verification for security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards from regions spanning the globe. Adding to existing certifications, this year we were awarded the ISO/IEC 27701 certification (an extension to the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 standards), validating the high standards we've put in place to protect personally identifiable information (PII) data.
