I think it's important to be able to preview what a configuration rule is going to do prior to running it.  That could either be with a csv report, a window to show what monitors would be affected, etc. I don't see a way to do that right now.

When performing a Bulk Action we get to see the filtered monitors that will be affected prior to running the action.
