Over the last couple of weeks I've been getting a constant stream of "website is down from Seattle" but when I get the weekly report, it states "100% Availability", "0 Mins 0 Secs Total Outage Duration" and "0 Number of Outages" ... a bit contradictory.
Anyone else having this happening or have any idea why it is happening?

I have a free account (as I have done for some years). Over the last few weeks I am getting a site is down notification from Seattle dozens of times a day and then shortly (quite often at the next 10 minute check) after each event I receive a site is up again.
I've checked with the host (and looked myself) but it does not appear to be down (from the UK - it is a UK based IP). I have looked using a VPN from Seattle and the site is up even though 24x7 reports it down.
