Hi Marek,

It seems that your account got downgraded from evaluation to free before you purchased recently. Now, what happens during when an account goes to free is, we set default system generate profiles for the present monitors and the user wont be able to dissociate the monitor from system generated profile.
You can create new Location profile if needed from Admin->Configurations Profiles and associate it with new monitors. Please contact our support@site24x7.com to get more help on this.
