It seems we can run a report on the databases for a single instance.
We'd like a report that can display all databases in all instances in the same manner. Basically, a global report of monitored databases.

You have hit on the right spot! We are currently working on providing detailed report and dashboard for individual DBs which would satisfy your requirement of getting information across instances. We will update this space once we ship it.
