Hello, my name is Lucas Silva. I'm currently working on an integration with the Site24x7 API and I was told that there is no way to make a request to get the alarms in real time.

I think this is a really useful functionality, and when it comes to a means of monitoring, for an integration, it is extremely important to be able to catch these errors in real time, since being able to only catch a history of errors, there can be some disagreement information from one moment to another, which can generate complications for the application and for the company.

This new functionality would not only bring many benefits to partners but would also add a lot of value to the Site24x7 API.
