OpenAI (ChatGPT) integration

OpenAI is the new-gen automation tool that accelerates the understanding and interpreting of bulk data. By infusing Site24x7 with OpenAI, you can:

• Expedite data analysis
• Identify underlying patterns
• Learn more about the features of Site24x7 by gathering snippets from help documents and knowledge bases
• Get answers to FAQs

Use case
For example, if you want an overall summary and options to further analyze the data on the Outages page, you can click the Zia icon (refer to fig. 1).

How to integrate Site24x7 with OpenAI

Prerequisites: To integrate with OpenAI, ensure that you have a valid OpenAI account and an API key.

Once the prerequisites are met, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Site24x7.

2. Navigate to Admin > Third-Party Integration > Zia (powered by OpenAI). Alternatively, you can also click on the Zia icon on the top-right corner of the page.

3. Fill out the form that appears with the following details:
   • Integration Name: Provide the name for the integration.
   • API Key: Provide your OpenAI API key.

4. Enable the checkbox in the agreement to accept the integration.
5. You will see a Data Privacy Notice pop-up. Click Proceed.

6. Click Save to save the integration.
